EDMUND BENJAMIN-ADDY
Head of Monitoring and Supervision Department

Mr. Edmund Benjamin-Addy is a Banking, Financial and Management Consultant and has over 5 years experience. Prior to Joining GCSCA, Edmund worked as the Resettlement Officer for the Millennium Development Authority and a Financial Analyst for Black Star Advisors for a very short while.

Edmund has worked in advisory services predominantly for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in financial management, fund sourcing and other related consultancy services. In the area of microfinance institution capacity building, Edmund has delivered and supported training in Financial Management, Risk Management, Customer Service, Customer Retention, and Savings Mobilization Strategy.

Edmund has worked as a consultant in providing capacity building for FinService Consulting and Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN) on the Skills Development Fund (SDF) with financial Support from the Government of Ghana. In the same capacity as consultant, worked for Adom Consult in providing skills based training for MFIs.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking & Finance from the Methodist University College Ghana.

ESTHER GYANWAH ABETIAH
Training Manager/Supervision Officer

Miss Esther Gyanwah Abetiah,is the Monitoring and Supervision Officer and Training Manager, holds an MBA project management option from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, a Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with the Study of Religions from the University of Ghana. Prior to working with the association she worked with Teletech Ghana (Vodafone Call center) as Training supervisor and as customer service representative with the Vodafone Ghana.

She has over seven (7) years of experience as a customer service expert both from working as a customer service representative and a trainer and then as a training supervisor

She started work as a customer service representative with Vodafone Ghana by assisting all customers with issues with the use of the service and then a representative for Vodafone Business Solutions agent which mainly handled Vodafones Business Clients and the rose to become a trainer and then the training supervisor with Teletech Ghana.

She has attended many workshops and training programs Trainer of trainers workshop on Adult Training Techniques (RAFiP-MOF), Trainer 101 Training (Teletech Ghana) Loyal for life (customer Service), FeelingsTraining (customer Service) and many more.
